What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki is a cosmic energy. It is drawn from the cosmos by the Reiki master and transferred to the Reiki seeker. It is a Japanese art initiated by Dr. Mikao Usui. The Reiki master masters himself in the healing process. He does the Reiki practice on regular basis in order to enhance his own spiritual power. Most importantly, Reiki is drawn than given. It infers faith of the seeker on Reiki plays important role to transfer the energy. Many at times, the Reiki master sees the pain of others. But he can not do anything at his own. Because, the patient has to approach to the master voluntarily. Though the energy is transferred from the master to the seeker, yet the energy being received totally depends upon the quantum of faith by the seeker on Reiki. More is the faith, less is the time taken for healing. 

Which diseases can be cured by Reiki Healing?

Almost all diseases can be and are cured through Reiki healing. No medicine is prescribed by the Reiki master. The Reiki master lays his hands on the patients on certain points and starts the healing process. Distance healing is also possible if the Reiki master is a distance healer (has undergone the training for distance healing). It is prudent to mention here that distance means no limitation of distance. The master may be at one corner of the world and the patient at the other. Energy is transferred at same intensity. Many western countries have adopted Reiki healing as exclusive treatment or in parallel with modern science treatment. Animals and plants love Reiki the most.  

Procedure and Fees

The patient has to approach to the Reiki master and express his willingness to undergo take healing process. In case the patient is a child, an infant, an elder or an insane who can not speak for himself/herself, then his/her close relative can approach the Reiki master to start the healing process. Fees is to be paid to the Reiki master during the healing process. Though few Reiki masters give Reiki totally free, yet charging some fees is advisable in order  keep the patient debt free. The process may take few days or weeks depends upon the nature and age of disease. Prolonged and critical diseases may take longer time. 

Does distance healing work?

Distance healing works at par with touch therapy. When the patient is staying far away from the master and it is not feasible to meet the master personally, distance healing is advisable. Many at times the patients are bed patients or not able to walk out from home. In that case distance healing is given.  

Gratitude : Gratitude must be extended to Reiki. 

Master is the medium to establish the connection between the energy and the seeker.
